Version dated 4 November 2026.
This offer is made by sole proprietor Oleksandr Lozytskyi. It describes the terms for ordering the service below. Review the scope, price and conditions before ordering. By placing an order after confirming these terms, the customer agrees to them. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
1. Provider and customers
Provider: sole proprietor Oleksandr Lozytskyi (ФОП Лозицький Олександр Сергійович), trading as QA Health Check. The service is available to individuals and companies (the “Customer”).
Contact address: 21 Sichovykh Striltsiv Street, Office 402, Kyiv, 04053, Ukraine. Email: [email protected].
2. Service and deliverables
QA Automation Health Check is a focused diagnostic review of one test automation repository and one primary CI pipeline. It is offered online in two packages.
Health Check. A QA Automation Health Score from 0 to 100 with explanations, an architecture and CI review, up to 10 prioritized findings with evidence and impact, 3–5 quick wins and a 30-day action plan. The report is delivered as a PDF.
Quick Scan. A review limited to the CI configuration, test reports and folder structure that the Customer sends, without product source code: an indicative health score, the top 5 risks, 3–5 quick wins and a short PDF report. Because the Provider does not see the source code, findings are less detailed than in the Health Check.
Audit + Fix Sprint (not part of online checkout). Up to 10 hours of fixes delivered as pull requests, plus two weeks of follow-up questions, after a Health Check or Quick Scan. It is requested by email and starts only after the Provider and the Customer agree its scope, price and terms in writing; this offer does not cover it.
The online packages do not include code or production changes, penetration testing, a security audit, performance testing, compliance certification, legal or accounting advice, or unlimited revisions. The score is diagnostic and does not guarantee a particular business outcome.
3. Orders and delivery
Before work begins, the parties confirm the scope, materials, transfer method and start date in writing. An order is accepted after payment is confirmed with the terms shown at checkout. Before work starts, the parties confirm the materials, secure transfer method and start date in writing.
The report is due within 48 hours after all agreed materials and access are received. If the Customer delays materials or requests a scope change, the parties agree on an adjusted delivery date.
4. Price and payment
The amount payable is €149 for the Quick Scan or €349 for the Health Check, depending on the package the Customer selects. The selected package, amount and currency are shown before checkout. Payment is processed by LiqPay; additional services, including the Audit + Fix Sprint (from €1,290), are excluded and require separate agreement on scope and price. If the Customer agrees an Audit + Fix Sprint with the Provider within 14 days after receiving the report, the amount already paid for the Quick Scan or Health Check is credited against its price.
The order is placed when payment is confirmed. The Provider starts the review after agreeing the materials and secure transfer method with the Customer.
5. Cancellation and refunds
The Customer may cancel before the review starts and receive a full refund. After work has started, the Customer may cancel the remaining service. The Provider may retain only the value of work actually completed and documented expenses related to the order; any unused balance will be refunded without undue delay. This does not remove or limit statutory consumer rights to withdraw from a distance contract or obtain a refund. Send a cancellation or refund request to [email protected] with the subject “Order cancellation”.
6. Customer materials and secure access
The Customer confirms they are authorized to share the agreed materials. Do not send passwords, API tokens, private keys, cloud credentials or other secrets. Access to a private repository must be temporary, limited to the minimum permissions needed, and agreed before work starts. The Customer revokes access after the review. The Provider deletes working copies no later than seven calendar days after sending the report, except information that must be retained by law.
7. Confidentiality and rights
The Customer retains rights to their code, documents and other materials. The Provider uses them only to perform the order, does not publish the code or findings, and does not use them in a portfolio without separate written permission. The Customer may use the delivered report internally. The Provider retains rights to general methods and templates.
8. Contact and governing law
Contact [email protected] with questions, complaints, cancellation or refund requests. Ukrainian law applies, subject to mandatory rules that protect a consumer and apply to their particular contract.
These terms are available before ordering. If a term conflicts with a mandatory legal rule, the rule applies and the remaining offer stays in effect.
