Information you send
When you submit the order form, your details are held in temporary order storage for up to two hours while payment is pending. If the payment processor confirms payment, the order details are sent to the service inbox so the work can be delivered. If delivery to the service inbox fails after payment, the details remain in temporary storage for up to 24 hours from order submission so delivery can be retried. If checkout is unavailable or payment is not confirmed, the details are not sent to the service inbox. If you email to discuss a service, your message may also contain your name, email address, company details and information you choose to share. Please do not send passwords, API tokens, cloud credentials or other secrets. Before sharing private source code, agree with the Provider on a secure, temporary, least-privilege access method.
Purpose and legal basis
Your information is used to answer your inquiry, agree a service scope and deliver an order if you decide to proceed. The intended legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract and performing the contract after it is made. Required business and payment records may be retained to meet legal obligations.
Recipients and hosting
This site is hosted by Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes technical information such as IP address and request logs to deliver and protect the site. If you contact the Provider by email, the email and hosting providers involved process the message under their own terms. The form sends your details to temporary Cloudflare storage only after checkout is available. The service inbox receives them only after a verified successful payment. The payment processor handles payment details on its own secure checkout; this site does not collect card details.
Retention
Unanswered inquiries are deleted within 90 days after the last relevant contact. If an engagement begins, necessary business and invoice records may be retained for periods required by applicable law. Working copies of customer materials are deleted no later than seven calendar days after the report is sent, except information that must be retained by law.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete information you have sent, or exercise other applicable data-protection rights, by emailing [email protected]. A request sent by email can remain in your sent folder and your email provider’s systems.
Cookies
The site stores your language preference in a cookie for up to one year. Cloudflare Web Analytics measures page views and performance using browser timing data. Cloudflare states that Web Analytics does not collect or use visitors’ personal data and does not set analytics cookies. The hosting platform may use technical mechanisms needed to serve and secure the site.
Changes
This notice will be updated if the contact process, hosting or service changes.
